When you move in, we will always endeavour to ensure that your new home:
- is clean throughout
- is structurally sound and weatherproof
- is free from damp
- is free from any infestations
- does not have any major repairs outstanding
- has a valid energy performance certificate
- meets gas, electrical and heating compliance standards
- is maintained.

Inventory
- You will be issued with a written and photographic inventory report at the start of the tenancy. This record will be referred to assess any liability for damages when you vacate the property.
